Emotional Processing Through Painting:
Demonstrate techniques for processing emotions through the practice of painting. Participants will learn how to use painting as a therapeutic tool to express and release emotions, fostering emotional resilience and personal growth.
Stress and Anxiety Reduction:
Summarize and discuss how the act of painting can serve as an effective method for reducing anxiety, alleviating stress, and facilitating emotional processing. Identify practical ways to integrate art into the professional work setting to decrease stress and improve overall well-being.
